Once, he’d entered a competition
to come up with a slogan
for a new brand of coffee called Quoffee.
He’d drawn a giant letter ‘Q’
and his legend: ‘Quaff your Quoffee
and Qualify to Quote
that Quoffee is Quality beyond
Question.’ It didn’t win.
No-one remembers Quoffee now
but people remember my Dad.
